Olive Terrace Villa

A low stone volume set into an olive terrace, opening west to the Aegean and the evening light.

Built from local stone quarried within ten kilometres, the house sits quietly along the contour of the hill rather than on top of it. Living spaces open on three sides; a shaded loggia runs the full western elevation, where the pool edge dissolves into the horizon at dusk.
